WINEMAKER WEDNESDAY

Every week, vintners, brewers and chefs take over the bar. We take pride in bringing our relationships to you first. Let Cadet be your weekly party. #WinemakerWednesday

If you know the energetic man behind these wines, then you know that this Wednesday will be a party. And if you don’t know Hardy Wallace yet, well, what are you waiting for?! Get down here to experience all the delights Extradimensional Wine Co Yeah! has to offer. Hardy and his equally extradimensional wife, Kate Graham, seek to take you on a journey with their unconventional wines, showcasing craft as well as playfulness. we all fam

1467 Cellars is a multi-generational family winery whose story is interwoven with the tale of the pursuit of the American Dream. In the 1950s, Juan Roldan, the family's patriarch, left the quaint town of Acopinalco del Peñon in Tlaxcala, Mexico, and journeyed to the United States where he began to build a legacy for his family in the vineyards of California. 1467 is named after the address of the family’s childhood home, with a replica of its front door positioned on each label—an homage to their roots and to a tradition of warm hospitality. We are excited to welcome Noel Roldan to share his family wines including, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon for a flight that will have you feeling warm and fuzzy inside, because at Cadet we all fam!

cadet summer whites

The Cadet team is hitting the cellar and choosing our favorite brilliant white wines from Spain, produced from the delightfully aromatic varietal, Albariño—a grape noted for its distinctive botanical aromas and citrus undertones. The official start to summer is just days away and we can’t think of a better way to ring it in than with a flight of these refreshing, sometimes savory, and always delicious vino blancos.

power hours

Tansy are women-made wines that highlight vibrant Italian varietals grown in California. Beloved owner of San Francisco’s (and now Napa’s) A-16, Shelley Lindgren, and Kitty Oestlien are joined by the talented winemaker Megan Glabb (of Ryme Cellars) to craft wines such as Falaghina, Vermentino, Fiano, and Pinot Grigio and Noir. Named for the Tansy wildflower that grows in and around the vineyards of both California and Italy, linking the two regions and signaling land health, these wines are designed to showcase the lifted beauty of grapes native to Italy, yet thriving here in California. Shelley and Kitty will be here sharing flights of Tansy and, trust us, you’ll want to meet these two powerhouses. Come get inspired and satiated over some crisp, satisfying wines.
